Local police now believe the suspect they caught robbing a bank there this morning is also responsible for another holdup.

Police say 47 year old Timothy Greenlee walked into the North Side Bank & Trust, on Colerain Avenue around 9:45 a.m. He approached a female customer relations employee outside the counter area, stuck an object in her back which she believed to be a firearm, and then demanded money from the tellers by threatening to hurt the employee if they did not comply. The two tellers handed over an undetermined amount of U.S. Currency. The suspect fled the scene, southbound on Colerain Avenue, in a green Dodge Caravan.

Ten minutes later, a Hamilton County Sheriff deputy spotted the car and tried to stop the driver. After a short chase, the driver pulled over and ran into a wooded area near Rack Court. Deputy Wittich finally caught up with the suspect about a block away.

Greenlee, from the West End, reported confessed to deputies that he robbed the National City Bank on Colerain Avenue on Monday afternoon.

Greenlee will be charged with two counts of Aggravated Robbery, 1st degree felonies, and one count of Kidnapping, 1st degree felony.
